We are an innovative Swiss textile cleaning and laundry service with our own pick-up and delivery service as well as branches in the cantons of Zurich, Zug and Basel.
Our mission is to make the life of our customers easier and to gift them more free time. As a smart laundry service, we pick up the dirty laundry from our customers’ homes or offices and clean, wash, fold and iron the complete laundry in our own production facilities. After just two working days, we deliver the fresh laundry back to them.

Your job in a nutshell:
- You are the linchpin between our company and our customers
- No one can fool you when it comes to communication
- With your empathetic nature, you can overcome any problem and find a suitable solution for everything
- You are the contact person for our customers and responsible for the entire customer service via telephone and e-mail
- You support new customers during onboarding
- You advise customers on their inquiries and process requests for orders, pick-ups and deliveries independently and in coordination with logistics and production
- You are responsible for complaints and claims management and manage to satisfy our customers with your positive and winning manner
- You act as an interface between our customers and the Sales, Logistics and Production teams
- You are co-responsible for customer satisfaction and analyze customer data to identify trends and develop targeted measures to increase customer satisfaction and optimize the customer journey
- You are available for our customers during our service hours from Monday to Friday from 08:00 – 12:00 & 13:30 – 17:00
- You will support our sales team in acquiring, onboarding, and supporting new corporate customers
- In the event of absences, you will sometimes deputize for other team members
- Depending on the workload, you are open to taking on other tasks outside the Customer Service area
- After the training period, 1-2 days of working from home per week are possible (depending on workload)
- Your communication skills are excellent
- You are empathetic and can empathize with the needs and challenges of our customers
- You have a high sense of responsibility and work independently and conscientiously
- You are structured and keep calm even in stressful times

- Completed commercial training with at least 2 years of professional experience in customer service or account management, demonstrably by telephone and e-mail
- Mother tongue German, as well as very good knowledge of English, French is an advantage
- Professional and convincing communication with customers and suppliers
- You are resilient and keep an overview and remain calm even in hectic phases
- Confident handling of MS Office and affinity for IT systems
- Strong analytical skills and networked thinking

Your job in a nutshell:
- You are responsible for hand ironing garments
- Your focus is on the perfect quality of the clothes
- You are responsible for the hand ironing of top garments; from trousers and vests to sophisticated wedding dresses
- You master ironing with “blindfolded eyes” and use the wardrobe former and trouser topper professionally
- You ensure the perfect end result and check the quality of the garments
- In turbulent times, we count on your help wherever helping hands are needed
- Quality is the be-all and end-all for you
- You have a high sense of responsibility and work independently and conscientiously
- You are structured and keep calm even in stressful times
- You enjoy working in a team
- German at level B1 or higher
- 3 years of professional experience in a dry cleaning/laundry and hand ironing
- completed professional apprenticeship in textile care is an advantage
- Basic knowledge in the use of IT systems
