Why we made the change<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Some customers let us know that in a few cases, flat and everyday laundry as well as the folded laundry from the EASY service \u2013 had a slightly unpleasant smell when removed from the laundry bag. After careful investigation, we discovered the reason: the airtight film we previously used didn\u2019t allow for any airflow. As a result, residual moisture in the laundry couldn\u2019t escape. The outcome? A faint but noticeable odour, especially during warmer weather in summer or extended storage.
Because your satisfaction means everything to us, we knew immediately: a better solution was needed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

From now on, we\u2019re using a new packaging method for the following services:<\/p>

  • Flat laundry from the \u201cMix & Match\u201d offer<\/li>
  • Everyday laundry from the \u201cMix & Match\u201d offer<\/li>
  • Folded laundry from the \u201cEASY\u201d offer<\/li><\/ul>

    Instead of airtight plastic, your clean laundry will now be carefully wrapped in breathable tissue paper. The new material allows any remaining moisture to escape – leaving no room for unpleasant odours. At the same time, it gives your laundry a more elegant look and conveys a sense of care and attention to detail.<\/p>

    With this new packaging, we aim to take your overall experience with us to the next level. For us, great service isn\u2019t just about clean laundry – it\u2019s about thoughtful, seamless moments from pickup to unpacking. The fresh scent, the soft rustle of the paper, the tidy presentation – it\u2019s these little things that make the difference.<\/p>

    And because sustainability remains a core priority: while our previous bioplastic film was biodegradable, it wasn\u2019t the best solution in this specific case. The new tissue paper is fully recyclable and can also be returned to us for proper disposal.
    We\u2019ll continue to use the bioplastic film for hanging garments to protect them during transport.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
